By choosing to play, you are now responsible for your fellow miners: keep them ahead of the hungry darkness, or watch every one of them vanish into it. The same sweet darkness will swallow you too, eventually.
Every screen counts
If a miner falls behind, the darkness takes them and their screen goes offline. The more screens you keep online, the faster your score grows.
Watch your step
Spider webs slow you down, rogue mine carts race along the tracks and crates block the way. You can’t jump, so steer around them.
Golden bulbs
Make it far enough and you may find the gold you need to switch offline screens back on: a second chance for your lost miners.
Chase the high score
Climb the leaderboard and see how long you can postpone your inevitable encounter with this Sweet Darkness of Mine.
