Purchases
I bought something but didn’t get it
Close and reopen the game: purchases that finished while the game was closed are credited when it starts. If it’s still missing, open the Shop and tap Restore purchases at the bottom. Still nothing? Email us your Apple receipt (from the email Apple sent you) and we’ll sort it out.
How do I restore Remove Ads or the Starter Pack on a new device?
Sign in with the same Apple Account, open the Shop and tap Restore purchases. Remove Ads and the Starter Pack are yours for good. Scrap and chest packs are used up when you get them, so they can’t be restored, but they’re part of your save and come back with iCloud backup.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the purchase and choose Request a refund.
The Shop says “Store unavailable”
The game couldn’t reach the App Store. Check your internet connection and tap Try again. In-app purchases also need to be allowed in iOS Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions.
Your save
How do I move my progress to a new iPhone or iPad?
Make sure iCloud backup is on in the game’s Settings (under Save) and that you’re signed in to iCloud on both devices with the same Apple Account. Install Punch Mine on the new device and open it: it picks up where you left off.
The game asked which save to keep
This happens when both this device and iCloud have progress, for example if you played on two devices. The screen shows how far each save got, and which device it came from. Pick the one you want to keep; your purchases are kept either way.
Can I start over?
Prestige is the in-game way to restart a mine for permanent bonuses. To erase everything, turn off iCloud backup in Settings, then delete and reinstall the game.
Gameplay
How much do I earn while I’m away?
Your miners keep working for up to 2 hours while you’re away. The Night Shift perk adds 30 minutes per level, up to 4 hours. Some items and the Overtime perk raise how much the away time pays. When you come back you can also watch an optional ad to double it.
What does prestige do?
Prestige resets the current mine in exchange for Perk Coins, which buy permanent perks that make every future run faster. Items, chests, Scrap, perks and your other zones are kept.
How do I unlock new zones?
Open the zone picker at the top of the mine. Each zone shows what it needs (how deep you’ve dug and the coins it costs). Zones keep earning in the background while you play elsewhere.
Ads
When do ads appear?
Reward ads only play when you tap to watch one (for Coin Rush, double away earnings or double treasure). Other ads appear only at natural breaks, like after a prestige or when switching zones, never in your first 15 minutes of play, at most once every 5 minutes of play and a few times a day. Remove Ads turns those off for good.
How do I change my ad privacy choices?
In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, open the game’s Settings and tap Ad privacy choices.
Requirements
iPhone or iPad with iOS / iPadOS 16 or later. An internet connection is needed for ads, purchases and iCloud backup; the game itself plays offline.
